 Introduction For a long time, people have seen the Executive Assistant role in the wrong way. Many think it's a job you just "figure out" by watching others or learning on the go. No real training. No real path forward. Just tasks, one after another. But this is not fair and it's not true. Today, Executive Assistants do much more than answer emails or manage calendars.
